Aston Martin DBS 2+0 Manual Coupe
The Aston Martin DBS was first introduced in 2008 to great acclaim and was the third all new Aston Martin to be hand built at Aston Martin’s purpose built Gaydon facility. This iconic car was designed by Marek Reichman and was built around an aluminium riveted and bonded VH (vertical-horizontal tub). This front/mid engined GT was fitted with an enhanced version of the all new 6.0 V12 producing an impressive 510bhp. This engine coupled with the Manual six speed gearbox, active ride suspension and all new carbon ceramic brakes meant the DBS was perfectly at home on open roads or equally on track. As with all hand built Aston Martins only the finest materials were used including carbon fibre which dramatically reduced weight giving a 0-60 time of just 4.2 seconds and propelled the DBS on to an impressive top speed of 191 mph.
The Aston Martin DBS 2+0 Manual Coupe offered here at Autostorico is a 2009 “59 plate” and is finished in Storm Black metallic with Obsidian Black leather with Silver stitching. Having covered a mere 19,058 miles this stunning example was supplied new through Stratstone Tyne and Wear and boasts a full main dealer service history most recently carried out by HWM Aston Martin at 19,052 miles in February 2018.
