Caterham 360R SV
The Colin Chapman designed Lotus 7 Series 1 was introduced in 1957. Proving popular from launch, the Lotus 7 quickly built a strong following due to its low cost and unrivalled performance both on the road and track. Caterham cars had been a major Lotus 7 dealer during the 1960s and in 1973 purchased the rights to the Colin Chapman design and have continued producing 7s ever since.
Caterham have used several engines during the cars evolution, with the current being a Ford 2.0 litre Duratec in various states of tune depending on the model. The Lotus 360 produces 180bhp, this propels the car form 0-60mph in just 4.8 seconds and onto a top speed of 130mph.
