Lotus Exige S 300

The all-new second generation Lotus Exige was announced and unveiled at the Geneva Motorshow in 2004. With a 190hp high revving, naturally-aspirated engine, the car was much more drivable than the earlier series. In February 2006, Lotus announced the Exige S model which benefited from a supercharged version of the Toyota engine producing 220 bhp. According to Lotus, the Exige S model, weighing just 933 kg, was capable of a 0-60 mph time of just 4.1 seconds and could achieve an impressive 148 mph top speed.

The Exige S 300 offered here at Autostorico is a 2008 ’08 plate’ which has covered just 18,339 miles from new. This powerful example boasts a comprehensive service history having been carried out most recently by Silverstone Lotus at 16,783 miles in December 2017. Finished in Arctic Silver with black leather, the car left the factory with Touring Pack, Sports Pack, Performance Pack and Air Conditioning.
