The Ferrari California 30 was unveiled to the public in February 2012 and boasted an improved naturally aspirated 4.3 litre, V8 engine with 483bhp, the California is a grand touring 2 + 2 sports car. This new car represented several firsts for Ferrari; the first front engined Ferrari with a V8, multi-link rear suspension, seven speed dual clutch transmission and the first Ferrari with a folding metal roof. With a stated top speed of 194 mph and acceleration that sees the car go from 0 – 62 mph in under 3.8 seconds, the California has what can only be described as supercar performance. The California is a Ferrari that offers the thrill of a sports car with the practicality of a grand tourer.
